What comes next

Somewhere ahead of us, the work stops being about digging down and starts being about building up. We won’t pretend to know exactly when. We just like knowing it’s coming.

We’re careful with predictions these days. Builds keep their own calendar, and the coast adds a few pages of its own. So no promised dates. We’ll only say that the next stretch is the one we’ve been dreaming about: the part where a house starts to stand where the renders said it would.
